Who is Archangel Raphael & How can he help?

Known as the “Healing Angel”, Archangel Raphael's name translates to “Healer of God”. This healing can be in our relationships, work, health & any area you can think off. He wants to help! You only need to ask. As with working with any of the Angels, we must give our permission as they are not allowed to interfere if we don’t. As human beings we have freewill and thus a choice about what help we receive or not.

Archangel Raphael is also fantastic at helping us when you feel bored or “stuck” in our lives. As soon as you have given this Angel permission to help, you will start to receive ideas & inspiration. Think of “AHA!” moments and know that will be Archangel Raphael helping you out. This blog post may be a nudge in the direction you should go?! (HA!) 😂

You will know that Archangel Raphael is around when you receive a sudden burst of inspiration or an answer to a question. This may be during your dream time, meditation and more often than not RIGHT as we stop thinking about what we want. Ironic, right?! You will also know that this Archangel is around when you notice the colour green. If you tune into your psychic senses you may “see” Archangel Raphael as green sparkles. Quite a magnificent thing to witness! When you notice this, you can be safe in the knowledge that he is doing his work!

It is perfect that Archangel Raphael has come forward with the suggestion of creating a vision board. It is an AMAZING tool to allow you to visualise what it is you want in life. (HINT HINT – Archangel Raphael is giving you ideas! 😉)

What is a Vision Board?

Archangel Raphael is telling us that we must take our want, needs and wishes & put them in a place where we can see them. In this case a vision board. You may be asking yourself, “what is a Vision Board??”.

A Vision Board is something that we create to help visualise our ideas. It brings your ideas to life as you will see your ideas outside your mind. They transform into a physical representation of what you want to achieve. This can be a specific goal or a collection of the features you want to achieve in your life in a set period. It is a fantastic tool to use for visualisation and activating the Law of Attraction. (you can read more about this later!)

How to create a Vision Board

Creating a Vision Board can be a lot of fun. Get ready to use your creative side!

Create a Vision Board on any type of notice board you can find. This can be any size you like so long as you are able to fit all your ideas on it! You may also choose to create one on your computer. This will be personal preference and the most important thing is that you will be able to see it regularly. You gotta keep those images in your mind! You can begin your Vision Board by:

1. Making a list of ideas and triumphs you want to achieve over your chosen timetable. (you can choose to state the date you want to realize your aspirations!) This list will represent everything in your IDEAL life – Go big or go home with this exercise!

2. Find some magazines and get creative! Cut out pictures and words that fit in with what you want to do. Think BIG! If you are creating your Vision Board on your computer or other device, the same applies. Copy and paste everything that you want to include. (Pinterest is a FANTASTIC place for online Vision Boards. Make sure to keep it all organised and aligned with your goals!)

3. Create your Board! Make your Vision Board as visually appealing to you as possible. (other people’s preferences and opinions do not count in this activity!) Arrange and rearrange until it feels right for you. 😊 The Vision Board can be as big or small as you want it to be! There is no right or wrong way for how it looks either.

4. Place your Board somewhere that you are going to see it daily – several times a day is even better! Have it in your line of sight so it is a constant reminder of what you are trying to achieve.

5. Spend time each day viewing and meditating on your Vision Board so that you can activate that energy. Visualising and imagining exactly how it will feel when you achieve your goals! Believe me it is going to feel very good!!

Vision Board & the Law of Attraction

Vision Board's kickstart the law of attraction. It will help with your manifesting abilities massively. The Vision Board makes it “real”. As humans we tend to be visual and this means having something to refer to, to remind us daily of what we want. When this happens, you are able to keep your attention on what you want to achieve. And of course have a better chance of manifesting it. Yay! Thats what we want!!. A Vision Board reminds you of what your end goal is no matter what is going on in your normal day to day life.

As I mentioned before in this post, it is important that we spend time viewing the Vision Board. This is so you can get in the habit of seeing yourself achieve those goals. Focus on how it will feel when you achieve it. This is the perfect basis for the Law of Attraction and Manifesting. The only rule in this task is that you are including what YOU want! It doesn't matter what others want for you or what you think you SHOULD be doing. The Law of Attraction is available to us all.
